There's A Time For Every Burger!

Have you ever heard the cliche " Eat through the pain".Well,  Sometimes we have good days, and sometimes we have bad days. So it went with me and several of my Copines: I remember when we'd come home from school, stop at the corner store, then meet at the castle (my house), and talk- OK Gossip- while we ate our food. Now, we weren't eating twelve thousand Twinkies, and shoving ice cream down our throats, with our double chins. We just chilled. Uh! We had the most POPPIN times EVER! However, I began to notice something during those times...We were all dangerously-literally- in love with burgers. We all had a different kind, but a burger nonetheless. I observed further and saw that we each had different types of food with different moods - which I discovered by talking to them

More often, I saw that not just me and my friends ate different food with different moods but, according to Jack challem author of "The Nutrition Reporter" Magazine, that people in general did. Most likely they didn't do it intentionally, but more so habitually. It's like being married you come home from work everyday, kiss your husband or wife, and whatever else you do.That's a routine and believe it or not... After a while it becomes habitual; something you do because you're used to doing it. So pertaining to me and those around me, our "Habitual" food is BURGERS! You should see how I turn into a lion,  prowling and roaring for stake at the sound of that word. And even more interesting, the saliva that practically pours out of my mouth, enough to make the desert a teeming forest. Hey what can I say? That's just what burgers do to me. I eat them because I love them.

So after discovering that it was normal to have a certain "habitual", or fave. food. A burger is a food, that comes in varieties so, I decided I'd go light and halfheartedly in depth as to what Burgers I like, and What burgers are for What time:

This would be for some one who's feeling good, and is in for a toasty, cheesy, and home-style burger.(Been there, done that, love it.)
                  :

Well... OK I'm just gonna come right out with this: That's a problem...This is inhumanely large for the one who's over the edge and wants to really eat through the pain.(This is usually a suicide warning)
This is perfect for days, you're honestly just craving dangerously-  good FOOD! Goes great for after two hours of band practice @ west side (NEWARK). or Howard U. (D.C)

This perfecto for those great days, the ones where you did everything right, and made all your haters feel " swole". The type of day you walk around with the "P"on your chest, and wearing extra swagger. (Yeah I'm so descriptive because those days are my middle name.)

If you're feeling a little...You know.(practice makes perfect!) according to Sue Roberts author of "Does food Affect Mood?", food can affect how you feel in a number of different ways. You May be able to find this portion of the article at: http://www.suite101.com/content/does-food-affect-mood-a36731 if you use that link you shouldn't  have to pay.(it is a magazine)

Ah well, I think this is self explanatory...You'd obviously be feeling crappy if you'd eat such a Crapolicious burger. Flat burnt out (I know I'm shot out you don't even gotta tell me) Springboard Press said it right in their new book, "The Good Mood Diet: Feel great when you loose weight". An important step to a Good mood "is recognizing what foods make you feel awful and put you in a bad mood."

Now the question is: In essence, Why am I even telling you all this? No, I'm not extremely random, or dazed and confused. I've got all these crazy burgers and reasons for having them so what's the point? I'm missing one very important burger and with that an even more immense emotion, or time for eating it, n'est-Ce pas? Well, that is because this next burger is one of a kind; It is the burger that comes from the home of variety. You know the place where all the pretty (and ugly) creatures are somehow all related. I think we call it the ocean Yes! Now you read me- THE ONE. THE ONLY:  SEAFOOD BURGER! This is literally the best burger ever, and I will no longer conceal it from the rest of the world. It is the burger of self complacency and, the understanding that  one is humane. Once understanding that, you see that a routine is natural and may be good or bad, but you decided which it will be. My love may now become your love as well,  Here is the magic:

1. You may want to get some ground meat for the actual burger. Turkey or beef which ever you prefer by, what ever brand.
2. Season it with Sazon, seafood seasoning, onion powder, and Garlic by "Spice Classics" (that brand does matter.) and mix it into the meat.
3. Now you'll want to get out some seafood (Raw cocktail shrimp, lobster, is what I use) and steam, broil, or deep fry it.
4. Hopefully you see that it's better as well as, healthier to steam or broil, than to fry the seafood. when seafood is 1/2 way done make meat really flat like flat bread.
5. Then neatly layer your seafood (whole not grounded) onto the meat, and mix it like you'd do seasoning. and preheat grill. or skillet.
6.Let the meat sit tarrying in seasoning and seafood(this helps hem meat to get that natural seafood flavor). while grill preheats.
7. Now cook your food like you'd cook a burger and you get a nice, "sea delight"  burger STUFFED with SEAFOOD! yes,  eat,, cry, but EAT!

When I first decided to experiment by making this burger, I was unaware that there were already seafood burgers (AW Jinkeez). Yet, I now notice that according to http://www.wisegeek.com/ there is not any place where the seafood isn't grounded or processed into some mystery meat...YAY ME! I'm an entrepreneur after all. So, I sort of became like a guru after all this research, experiments, and (believe you me) a whole lot of failures...I now have conjured a proverb, that I will allow you to all hear(READ):
The Eating Cycle
(psalm to the day in the life of those who eat)

There's a time to Laugh and eat...A Burger
There's a time to cry and eat ...A burger
There's a time to open your mouth and eat...A burger
There's a time to sit down and eat... A burger
There's a time to come together and eat...A burger
There's a time to be alone and eat... A burger
There's a food for every time
HECK! There's always a time to eat...A burger...
The burger is the food for every time...

Now,  it's fine if you're just a little too shallow, and view this as some kind of joke. Yeah, it is redundant but here Mr.Shallow in case you didn't pick it up from the title the point is:The REDUNDANCY of food ( we eat it over and over, but it never gets old). ugh the shabang! In the point is dead once you have to explain it.
