So, I totally loved that little "Food blog competition" I did the other week, and I decided AWW! What the heck lets do it again, and Spice it up! Oh how I love flavor.Oh how I love Sugar.Oh how I hate Dirt. But yes, if You dig up the right kind, on the right thing (humans) you'll start a fight. But could you ever see that happening with food? AH HA It's the new kind of food fight where the food fights! So this Weeks Top five Food blogs Are:
1.Brown Butter Pear Crumble Cake- 80 breakfasts
2.Chocolate glazed Hazelnut Mouse cake- Bake or Break
3.Friends I Can Rely On- Cannelle et Vanille
4.Pan Fried Soft Crabs- Coconut & Lime
5.Dirt Cupcakes- Baking Bites
YEEEAAHHH BOY! I spiced it up alright. Flavor Flave can't yell it better than I can. So I've always been the one to hate drama that's why my friends are mostly boys. I absolutely abhor instigators- you know the monkeys that go "OOHH, AHHHH" about every little thing. Yeah those are human dirt cookers that start fights. How ever, I've discovered a new kind of cooking dirt: And The Article that introduces this deliciouso method is the WINNER!...(Drum roll please)My fifth but certainly not least Article : "Dirt Cupcakes"- by Baking bites!(Applause.Scream.Burst into joyous tears) the design and, layout is ridiculously simple-OK I won't be nice- plain boring... So what exactly makes it the winner? Definitely not that! The author uses Slammin',( I guess I'd call it rhetorical because the answer is pretty obvious) questions to start off with like ,"What could be more creepy than a pile of dirt full of bugs and worms?" Uh nothing beats that to me. He's got this awesome tone because his cupcakes are a Halloween special. so, is this spooky or what?,"These cupcakes start out with a big batch of Devil's food chocolate cupcakes... I sacrificed a few of them to the food processor to press them into dirt crumbs..." So if you're paying attention that makes it very sort of Witch crafty, mischievous, and just sinister. He has very well developed sentence fluency:"They look good once they’re coated, but when you dress up the serving plate with a little bit of leftover “dirt” and a bunch of gummy candy worms and bugs, you get a batch of deliciously chocolaty cupcakes that are almost too creepy to eat!" You even get a load of imagery in there nice. (sigh I enjoyed it a lot), I get to eat Dirt for Halloween!
So i have to let it be known these blogs were great and made it very difficult to choose a top one. At first I was going to choose "Brown Butter Pear..." But, then Dirt cupcakes came along, and all the others too, and when the difficulty got to it's extremity; the food just broke out into a fight...I know it seems funny, I'm hysterical HAHA HEHE HOHO! But it's true, you weren't there. Can you challenge this conviction? I thought so i stand convinced! That cooking dirt, (digging it up rather) has and, always will start a fight. But you never got it like this did you, nah ahn, food on food action!
